Hello all and welcome to Manchester United vs Arsenal LIVE, one of the great fixtures of English football, brought to you by Arsenal’s official car and van rental partner Europcar.

The Gunners are now within a whisker of the Premier League top spot and their jubilant 2-1 victory over leaders Leicester in their last league game makes quite a contrast to the 2-1 defeat suffered by Manchester United away at Sunderland.

That result continued to pile pressure on the United boss and the Dutchman will be mightily keen to deliver a result here. The Reds easily dispatched Shrewsbury on Monday and are no doubt hungry for more in front of their home crowd.

Manchester United are without Wayne Rooney, but Anthony Martial has impressed since coming to Old Trafford and is probably the man to watch for Arsene Wenger’s men.

However, Danny Welbeck is back in the fold for Arsenal and he could be the man to give them that extra something as they look to topple Leicester from top spot today.

Dan, our winning today won’t take us to the top; we’ll still be 2 points behind Leicester. To say a win today is imperative for motivation as we push for the title, is an understatement. With manchester United’s depleted team, we should grind out 3 points.
